Qiwen  places a high level of importance on staff training. Training manuals like Induction Training Manual, On-the-job Training Manual and Employee Handbook developed by the Manufacturing Department, the Quality Control Department and the Marketing Management Department under guidance of the Business Management Depart are given to every employee. Employees are provided with both theoretical and practical training, and assessment on training is conducted to increase the level of importance placed by employees on training and examine the real effect of training. The assessment following the training reflects employees’ ability to apply knowledge and skills they learned. To improve training effect, the training is followed by theoretical and practical tests given by instructors, and only those passed the tests are allowed to work with certificate.
