At the beginning of the year, the corporate culture construction plan for 2016 developed by the Business Management Department was approved in the Company’s Administration Meeting upon deliberation. The corporate culture construction commenced in October, and a corporate culture construction promotion meeting attended by staff members at head and higher levels was held in the meeting room on October 19 to mobilize staff members and identify the situation we were in. It was a common view among the attendees that a good corporate culture could unite efforts from employees, unleash their creativity, shape the core values of a company and effectively promote the sustainable and sound development of a company. During the meeting, attendees actively gave voice to their opinions and approved the core values system of the Company after serious discussion. Following the meeting, a corporate culture training handbook was given to every staff member to encourage them to participate in corporate culture construction.
